Scan the code or log in with a Lark account on the Lark mobile app to run View Room on the Mac mini.
Then configure the conference room. Once configuration is complete, enter the pairing code stage.

Tap the iPad to start an instant meeting and access the control interface during the meeting. Meanwhile, the Room displays the meeting's video screen.
On the Mac mini View Room initialization screen, guide the IT administrator to open the View Room Controller on the iPad mini for pairing.

The PC side operates the local screen via the Lark client, and the participant's device is cast to the Room.
The IT administrator powers on the Mac mini, connects the mouse and keyboard, clicks View Room to open the app, and enters the initialization screen.
